SHIPPING & RETURNS
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment
(NB: Paypal takes about 3-7 days).
The order usually takes about 2 weeks and we ship via Purolator with a tracking number.
You must provide a signature at drop-off.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PRODUCT WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT.
IF YOU SIGN FOR THE ORDER - WE ASSUME YOU RECEIVED AN UNDAMAGED PRODUCT.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment & delivery location.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product and you wish to return it; the item must be returned undamaged...
at your expense.
You have 10 days to return a product if dissatisfied.
If a product is returned you will be reimbursed + we will deduct a 25% restocking charge.
Please make sure you inspect your product when you receive it from the courier.
When you sign for a package you received - you are responsible for that order.
